These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and 2jl17 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating in the Philippines. By accessing the 2jl17 website, creating an account, logging in, or using any game or service offered on the platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 2jl17 platform. These Terms are written in English in accordance with 2jl17's primary operating language. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on 2jl17, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR under Philippine gaming law. The minimum age of 21 applies to all casino-style gambling activities on the platform, including live casino, bingo, slots, sabong, sports betting, and esports markets.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.

2jl17 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of any bonus balances held at the time of the request.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on 2jl17. Opening duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2jl17 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held across them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you personally performed the action.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2jl17 immediately via the live chat support channel. 2jl17 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period.

Account verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent point at 2jl17's discretion. All games available on 2jl17 operate according to the specific game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Ignorance of specific game rules is not grounds for dispute.

Random Number Generation (RNG) games on 2jl17 use certified RNG technology that has been tested and approved for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted with real dealers and real cards or wheels, streamed from licensed studios. The integrity of all game outcomes is subject to PAGCOR audit requirements.

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.

2jl17 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct rules. Such determinations are final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.

All content on the 2jl17 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software code, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 2jl17 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jl17 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without 2jl17's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the 2jl17 platform.
• Create derivative works based on 2jl17 content or branding.
• Use the 2jl17 name, logo, or brand identity in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including JILI, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and others — is governed by the intellectual property rights of those respective providers. 2jl17 does not claim ownership over third-party game content and operates it under valid licensing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 2jl17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

2jl17's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits 2jl17's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, including consumer protection provisions applicable to PAGCOR-licensed operators.

By registering an account, you consent to 2jl17 processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate account registration.
• Use of prohibited software tools, bots, or exploits.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances (net of bonuses) that are not subject to a hold or investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to any outstanding wagering obligation or regulatory hold.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, as applicable.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the 2jl17 platform shall first be submitted to 2jl17's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. 2jl17 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority with jurisdiction over 2jl17's gaming operations in the Philippines. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdictional scope, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
